其他减肥水果
樱桃/葡萄
挑选的方法:樱桃和葡萄的梗要看来稍绿,代表新鲜;颜色要看来较深,才会比较甜。
女生应该要多吃点樱桃跟葡萄,都可以补血,对身体好。
葡萄洗干净之后,我会连皮吃。而吃樱桃我都是一盒一盒地吃,一次就算吃了20颗,热量也不过才100大卡,不过如果季节不对,樱桃可是很贵的。
木瓜/酪梨/香蕉
挑选的方法:
木瓜→不需全黄,要黄中带绿,皮光滑,不可过熟。
酪梨→茄子色,摸起来有一点点软软的。
香蕉→当香蕉表皮刚开始出现一些黑色小斑点,是香味最重的时候。
如果要顾胃肠,我建议多吃木瓜、酪梨跟香蕉,这三种水果都可以顾肠胃,帮助排便,同时又有营养。
木瓜的好处是可以健胃,又可以丰胸,而且是四季都有的水果,多吃木瓜可以避免便秘。
酪梨则是季节性的水果,夏天才可以买到,产季一般是六月到九月。酪梨的热量很高,也可以补充身体很多养分,选择时青绿色的酪梨代表还是生的,应该要买呈现茄子颜色、摸起来软软的酪梨,才好吃。我建议把酪梨做成酪梨牛奶,我喜欢用一颗酪梨打出四杯酪梨牛奶,香香甜甜而且浓稠顺口,很适合当作早餐。而且浓度可以自己调整,想稀一点就加多点牛奶,想稠一点就加多点酪梨。如果夏天再加点碎冰,想顾喉咙就加点蜂蜜。
香蕉虽然热量高,但是其中含有寡糖,对瘦身很有帮助,也许因为如此,很少见到肥胖的猴子吧!
这三种顾肠胃的水果,其实热量都很高,但如果有人因为担心热量高,而完全不吃,其实是很可惜的,因为这三种水果的养分对人体都很好,我建议不要因为热量高就不吃,而是要选对时间吃。
◆看时间吃水果
高热量的水果建议你在早上当作早餐享受,热量大约到了中午就已经消耗掉,这样一方面可以有足够的营养让早上的身体有体力,一方面又不怕累积多余的卡路里。
而中午还是可吃午餐,下午四点以后,肠胃蠕动变慢,就应该吃少一点。很多艺人在晚上六点以后就不进食,我也建议如果要减肥,晚上八点以后应该不要吃任何食物。
此外,我还建议大家早上可以打综合果汁,内容包括了大黄瓜、西洋芹、胡萝卜、青椒、苹果。大黄瓜可以提供丰富水分,其余的蔬菜则提供了多种养分,是喝了会饱的果汁。不过千万不要一次打两天的分量,因为这种果汁是不能久放的,要即时喝掉。新鲜的果汁趁新鲜喝掉,可以帮助排便顺畅,对减肥来说,能够顺利排便是很重要的。
