真正开始减肥的是上了大学,那时候开始流行紧身衣服。我看着寝室里同学一个个都打扮的苗条又漂亮。自己也去买,可是逛了整个商场,我竟然没有穿得进去的!看着镜子里的胖胖的自己,非常沮丧。

我一直以为自己是喝水也会胖的人。在家里我吃的比姐妹少,干的活比她们多,但就是比她们长肉。

四年下来我还是老样子,所以就放弃了。用自己的话说就是,不想再折磨自己了。

开始工作两年后,有次见到同学,说我怎么瘦了这么多。是不是工作太辛苦了。我说没有吧。工作很轻松啊。后来一起去称才发现轻了有20斤。

我的脸很大,不显瘦。162cm,体重是95斤,我觉的挺标准的,健康就好。

喜欢吃夜宵,学校晚上就躺在床上看小说吃零食。工作后很少吃夜宵,晚上9点以后都不吃东西。即使吃了也要站半个小时才睡。
