本次历程全程50分钟,比我预计的少了十分钟。也因为有些不利因素:1,顶风,骑车很累;2。车况太差。我骑了辆破车,四处生锈,链子乱响,直接影响发挥。我相信如果换一辆较轻便的车,在路上也就用40分钟。
其实我早上上班,从等车开始到进公司,也要40分钟的时间,下班从走出公司到走进家,也要60分钟。如果我能坚持骑车上班,既节省了时间,又锻炼了身体,还减肥,何乐而不为呢?
重要的就是坚持。需要换一辆稍好一些的车。车座要软一些,然后各方面部件协调良好的车。一点心得:刚开始骑车应注意调整心态,不能急于求成,不要想前面还有多远,在累的时候,适当放慢速度,边骑边看看路边的景色,想点别的事,这样路途就在不知不觉中慢慢消失。
